CULINARIUM ALPINUM has set itself the goal of maintaining and further developing regional culinary traditions in the Alpine region. In doing so, regionalism and seasonality play a central role. Farmers, producers, chefs, associations and organisations come together in a Capucin monastery in Stans to revive and pass on knowledge that is threatened by disappearance.

AVINA supports CULINARIUM ALPINUM in its mission of promoting knowledge about Alpine cuisine and the associated regional, seasonal and circular approaches.
